Volume#
Paid plans start at a minimum of 10 devices. Larger fleets get a discount on the per-device price:

Examples: 100 devices on Pro = $300 / month, or $3,000 / year in advance. 400 devices on Standard, yearly = 400 × $20 × 0.85 = $6,800 / year.
How it is counted#
- One device = one enrolled agent — Windows, Linux or macOS; workstations and servers count the same.
- 5 user accounts (admins and operators) are included on every plan; each extra user is $1 per month or $10 per year.
- Monthly billing, or one year in advance at $20 / $30 per device (2 months free). Sold direct, no resellers.
Trial and licences#
- Free Pro trial in every release. It runs until a fixed end date set for each release, shown with the download and in the console. The licence is an offline certificate, so air-gapped sites need no internet.
- Every licence has an expiry date: paid plans run for the term bought; Free runs for one year and is renewed on request.
- An expired licence never hides data or stops backups. It stops new deployments and commands until renewed.
When the trial ends there is no automatic switch to Free: new deployments and commands stop until a licence is installed. Ask for your free 1-year licence (up to 25 devices) at support@sealgrid.ai before then.
