Refund Policy

Every Athena release includes a free trial licence, so you can test it fully before you pay.

• 14-day refund: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, monthly or annual, new purchase or renewal.
• Cancelling: you can cancel a subscription any time to stop the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, email support@sealgrid.ai or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. When a refund is issued, the licence it paid for ends.
