sealgrid.ai ("SealGrid", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through sealgrid.ai, our hosted trial, support and purchases.

Athena runs on your premises

The data Athena collects about your devices stays on your servers. We do not receive it, except what you choose to send us, for example in a support bundle.

What we collect

• Website: the site uses no analytics or third-party tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.
• Hosted trial: when you start a trial we create a temporary instance. It and its data are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Support email: your name, email address and what you write to us, kept to answer you and track your request. Incoming support emails are first handled by automated systems that sort them and prepare replies; anything that needs a decision or escalation is handled by a person.
• Purchases: payment and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We receive your name, company, email, country and what you bought, but not your card details.
• Licences: the company name, plan, device count and expiry date in your licence.

Service providers

Service providers we use to run the business include:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, bot protection, file downloads.
• Zoho: email.
• Email and support-ticket service providers: processing and answering support email.
• Hostinger: hosted trial servers.
• Paddle: payments and invoicing.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep support and billing records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing support@sealgrid.ai. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
